There is a very little known alternative for real estate investors to help seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, and other desiring people live in a more familiar living environment than a commercial building or institution. They can live in a typical residential house in a typical subdivision, with extremely rare exceptions - a US Federal Law actually helps you.

Real Estate investors can change from having "Tenants" to having "Residents".

It does not matter if you are new to real estate or experienced.

P.S. – You do not need to own a house.

There are 2 or 3 options depending on which State you live in, and each option has some variations.

Option 1 can be as simple as changing your marketing message and paying all the utilities. It does not require a State license

Option 2  is a hybrid of Options 1 and 3. Thirty seven of the 50 States allow this without a State license.

Option 3 is going big with the highest cashflow. It does require a State license – DO NOT freak out because there is information and experts to help you.

There could be hundreds of thousands of these types of places across the USA, Canada, and just about any country. There is no way to count them. They could be in your area and you don’t even know it.

So why do you NOT know about these???

Simple – only a couple people are informing people about residential care. They each have a very focused method, they don’t provide all the Options.

I want you to know about many Options so you can pick and start doing one that fits you now, and you can decide what you want to do next. Keep it very simple if you want or go huge – your decision. We, and others, are here to help you regardless of the Option(s) you select.
